What causes stress? We hear a lot about stress. But what is stress?

The dictionary says about it as one of the many meanings of stress: “ Mental, emotional or physical strain or tension” and that is the way people normally perceive stress Stress normally leads to all kinds of problems ranging from headaches to ulcers to cancer.

But what causes stress?

People generally blame the environment for like the children, or their job, or their financial situation, or relatives or whatever for their stress.

Are those things really the cause?

The answer is: NO

As a rule causes are confused with symptoms. The things mentioned above are symptoms of stress, just as ulcers or headaches are. These symptoms are only of a non-chemical art, therefore unseen, but not unfelt. The causes for everything always lie within the person. So also the cause of stress lies within.

After having seen many thousands of cases I have come to the conclusion that all stress is caused by disharmony between heart and brain. Disharmony between heart and brain, in other words a disharmony between feeling and thinking. And with thinking I mean the ‘logical’ thinking, that we were trained for and brought up to do. Children do not think like adults do.

They are learning what to think! Children question everything. Why? Because a lot of things we tell them is in disharmony with what they feel is true. Furthermore we teach the children what to think, not how to think. Children do everything with their heart, both feeling and thinking! And rightfully so.

As Oscar Wilde once said: “Everything that is worthwhile knowing in life, cannot be learned at school” In the Egyptian “Book of the Dead” we read that in those times people thought with their heart! Scientists now say this is ridiculous, but I feel it is true and should become more common practice again. We now think that we think with our mind.

But where is our mind in our body? If you look at any anatomical book, you will not find the mind located anywhere. So do we know where the mind is? No, not really. It could be anywhere. And where is the memory? Scientists cannot find it inside the body….. is it outside the body? This is a very likely option.

We think that the mind equals the brain, we say ‘mind over matter’ and ‘it’s all in the mind’, and ‘you’re out of your mind’, etc. In the ancient works the mind, however, equaled the heart!!! The expression “being out of your mind” really means that right then you’re in your mind. Positive thinking is therefore useless if the heart does not join in, because it is the heart that makes all the difference. And it is really the mind=heart that rules the body.

The brain just interferes. And it is this interfering that causes stress. It interferes with the natural running of things. The BRAIN interferes. We see that very often with terminally ill people with cancer. The moment people give up, often the healing starts. The moment they give up, they do not do anything anymore, they stop the interference.

On the other hand it often is stress that is the precursor of cancer. Very often cancer starts after a period of intensive stress. Why does the brain interfere? Why has the brain all this power? Why does the mind (= heart) not overrule the brain? What causes the heart (=mind) to remain silent? Well, the heart does not talk anymore, or so softly that it is hardly audible, because it is not being listened to and because it cannot transfer its messages to the brain anymore. Because how often has intuition, emotions been ridiculed?

For a long, long time.

As something strange, something belonging only to women. When we have a ‘gut feeling’, we tend ignore it. Then the ‘mind’ or heart is being ignored. When we feel something and do or say something else, we are ignoring the heart and giving power to the brain. We generally do listen to what the brain tells us, in the conviction that it is right when it is logical.

The problem is that that what we consider logical is not right or true at all. It is simply that we do not trust our heart or our intuition. Yet it is all-powerful and all knowing. Our brain can either send or receive. As long as we are thinking, our brain is in the sending mode. Since we are thinking almost all the time, the brain can almost never receive.

This is another reason for the heart to keep quiet, again it is not heard. What is not expressed is suppressed. The body’s center of expression is the throat with its vocal cords. Most expression gets stuck in the throat as we have all experienced. If emotions are not expressed, then it has to be suppressed. Where does it go? When we suppress things, what do we get? Frustration and/or anger.

We know from acupuncture that anger has its seat in the liver; frustration sits in the gallbladder, its coupled organ in the element Wood. According to the 5-element teaching of the Chinese, if the Wood element is disturbed then this disturbance has a negative influence on the Fire element and the Earth element. To the Fire element belong the Heart and the Small Intestine, to the Earth element the Stomach and the Pancreas.

These are exactly the organs that have to suffer most under stress. The small intestine and stomach get ulcers, the heart suffers heart attacks and if the pancreas is disturbed then we might get diabetes. So all this because of stress, caused by non-expression of emotions, stress caused by not listening to the heart. Now the symptoms mentioned are down the line. The gallbladder itself shows symptoms too, for example migraines or a simple headache.

Migraines are simply meridian pains. It is the gallbladder meridian that runs on both sides of the head and covers a considerable part of the skull (with migraines the stomach meridian is involved too, it runs on the front of the head, encircling the eyes. That is why people have to vomit and are very sensitive to light). Or we might get high blood pressure

This is also a gallbladder symptom because the gallbladder system is responsible for all contracting and relaxing in the body, also of the blood vessels. The gallbladder is also responsible for the fat metabolism, so a wrong cholesterol level is also due to gallbladder problems. Gallbladders often have stones. They do not belong there and are the result of a faulty calcium metabolism. Also kidney stones and arteriosclerosis are symptoms of a faulty calcium metabolism and indirectly even polyps and fibrous tumors.

Which part of the body is responsible for the calcium metabolism?

It is the parathyroid gland.

The parathyroid gland is located on the ‘wings’ of the thyroid gland. Is it surprising that we are again dealing with the throat?

The throat is the chicane on the way from the heart to the mouth. In acupuncture the sense organ for taste, the tongue, belongs also to the heart.

Love does not go via the stomach, but via the tongue. Consider also tongue kissing. The tongue has all to do with the heart.

When the parathyroid gland is disturbed, it has a negative influence on the thyroid and on the tonsils. The very common tonsillitis and the resulting common otitis media is also caused by the parathyroid.

Even the fibrous tumors in the uterus are ultimately caused by the parathyroid gland (via its negative effect on the thyroid).

The question is: what causes this gland to be so disturbed?

The answer has become very clear to me over the twenty years of research that I have done: it is very clear. It is the anti-tetanus vaccination.

It is medically known that the anti-tetanus vaccination disrupts the calcium metabolism, together with the Serum Ovile, the preservative that was used in all vaccinations. Also the Serum Ovile disrupts the calcium metabolism. This preservative is now replaced by Mercury.

In reality all the stress is caused by the anti-tetanus vaccination And not just the stress, all kinds of diseases that are the main plagues of humanity at present are caused by this vaccination, of which its effect has never been proven.

So nobody really knows whether the anti-tetanus vaccination serves any positive purpose at all, but its negative effects are evident. All functions of the body are controlled by hormones. All glands are connected to each other.

When one gland does not work properly, it will automatically disrupt other glands. In the case of the parathyroid gland it sometimes pulls the thyroid out (mainly in women), but in all cases it causes the pancreas to overproduce insulin, thereby causing hypo-glycaemia, one of the most Common conditions, which leads to a craving for sugar or alcohol.

The Pituitary gland is the master gland of the body. It controls every other gland. It is also the center of discrimination. The pituitary gland has to discriminate between what is good and what is bad in the body. If that gland does not function properly, the body tolerates everything. The body’s immune system does not respond because it does not get any signals that there is anything wrong.

This function of the pituitary gland is very effectively turned off due to the polio vaccination. Another vaccination which is proving itself totally ineffective and actually doing the opposite job what it is supposed to do. In my opinion the malfunction of the pituitary gland is the prime cause of cancer and all other auto-immune diseases. If any of the other glands was malfunctioning and the pituitary gland was functioning properly, then the body would react, because it would recognize that something was wrong.

So this eliminating of the immune system and then directly causing another major gland to malfunction is very effective in creating many chronic diseases. The malfunction of the pituitary and the parathyroid gland together causes major stress on the body, thereby destroying more glands: namely the adrenal glands. Their major function is to provide energy for the heart, the kidneys and the hormonal system. Their main fuel is potassium.

As everybody knows stress eats away energy, it eats away potassium from the body. Then the body gets tired and will not restore itself, unless people take rest and eat right (provided the food still contains any nutrients). As I mentioned the adrenal glands also provide energy to the heart. If the energy supply starts failing, the heart starts getting weak….. and the brain takes over.

This is one example of what can happen as result of stress: the brain takes over, with all its negative implications. The adrenal glands also provide energy for the kidneys. Kidneys belong to the Water element. The emotion that is associated with the Water element is Fear. All fears are created by the brain. The heart does not know any fears. But the power of the heart has been eliminated.

Then the brain works on one line with the weakened kidneys, the weakened heart and create fear and because that: worry. If the adrenal glands are lacking energy, then the body has no drive, the body is not capable of doing things the way it would normally be capable. That in itself causes stress again. If the body does not have its normal energy, it switches over on ‘nervous energy’, a gallbladder energy.

This is a vicious circle.

The worse the gallbladder is, the more stress one has, and the more stress one has, the worse the gallbladder gets. Worry makes people have sleepless nights, which makes a further attack on the adrenal glands, which leads to more stress. The lack of potassium leads automatically to a surplus of sodium. Sodium then takes care of retaining fluids.

Then people get an overweight problem, another cause of stress and another disease: obesity. The stress in this world is totally unnecessary. If there were only no vaccinations, if people could only switch off their brains and listen to their hearts, then a lot of things would be far better. Fortunately there are ways of eliminating those effects of vaccinations on the immune system.
